Whether you are a beginner who is thinking of learning to play acoustic guitar, or perhaps have been playing for some time and want to improve your technique and musicianship, I have many years experience of teaching and playing the instrument and can help you to make progress. Although I specialise in teaching acoustic guitar I do also teach electric guitar and mandolin.

Content of guitar lessons

I am happy to help you learn whatever it is that you want to learn as a guitarist, but to give you some guidelines, your guitar lessons could cover any of the following: strumming, finger-picking or fingerstyle, songs - folk, blues, pop, rock, chords, arranging, composing, transposing, improvising and more.
